10 Weightloss Juices to Try Before Summer 2020!
I am pretty much split in between calling this juicing or smoothie recipe. But bear in mind both are effective and there is no much difference between the two. The recipe will have the latter in it.
If you feel like juicing, you could pretty much make a smoothie and strain the juice from the pulp and have it.
Following the Juice guide on my previous post on how to lose weight utilizing Juices, the following are juice/smoothie recipe to enable you to burn that fat! Remember, for an effective weight loss, you need to follow either the Easy, Medium or Hard schedule.
BUT FIRST:
Let us understand the basics of making a juice or a smoothie
So, there are at least 9 steps to follow for making your own smoothie/juice for weight loss.
They are:
- Base liquid:
This can be either plant-based milk, water, coconut water, e.t.c We want to keep the smoothies as healthy as possible.
- Base Veggies
They are packed in nutrients and water to help you kickstart your weight loss journey
They can comprise of cabbage, carrots, beetroot, Romanian lettuce, radish, cucumber, celery
- Dark leafy greens
Dark leafy greens are well known for their source of vitamins that help the body fight diseases and much more healthy actions in the body.
Examples are: broccoli, dandelion greens, kale, spinach
- Fruit
Here you can basically choose whatever fruit you fancy that is ripe and sweet. They can be bananas, pineapples, apricots, green apples, green pear, berries of any kind, mango, grape fruit, green grapes e.t.c
- Detoxifiers
Gives the smoothie a divine taste.
You can choose either: basil, mint, cilantro, parsley, e.t.c
- Sweeteners
Green stevia.
But this part is optional. With the ripe fruit, we already have the smoothie/juice being sweet
- Superfoods
You can choose: Moringa, spirulina, wheatgrass, cayenne, ginger, garlic, Apple cider vinegar, garlic
- Protein powder
Also optional. But this lends a boost of protein in your diet.
- Nuts/seeds
Chia seeds, fennel seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts e.t.c
It is also optional to incorporate nuts but for that boost of fats, you can entail these.

1. Raspberry Starter
You will need:
- 1 cup frozen raspberry
- 2 frozen banana
- 10 pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tbsp green stevia
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp grounded flaxseeds
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 bunch of mint
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2. Blueberry Boost
You will need :
- 2 cup frozen blueberry
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1tbsp grounded flaxseed
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp green stevia
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 ginger

3. Detoxifier
You will need:
- 1 cup of water
- 4 leaves Romanian lettuce
- 1 bunch of dandelion greens
- 10 seedless red grapes
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 tbsp green stevia
- 1 tbsp Moringa
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 5 pumpkin seeds

4. The cleanser
You will need:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of kale
- 2 green apples
- 1 green pear
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp Spirulina
- 1 tbsp ACV

5. The Divine Glowy Skin Smoothie
You will need:
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 4 leaves Romanian lettuce
- 1 bunch dandelion greens
- 10 seedless red grapes
- 1 beetroot
- 3 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 orange
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp green stevia
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds

6. The “DAWA”
(Lemon, ginger drink)
You will need:
- 1 ginger
- 2 lemons
- 2 cups of water
- 2 bunch of parsley
- 1 tbsp natural honey

7. The Eye Booster
- 5 carrots
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 apricots
- 1 ginger
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ACV
- 2 cucumbers

8. The Golden Burner
You will need:
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 1 dandelion greens
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 tablespoon ACV
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey

9. The Flat tummy burner
You will need:
- 1 cup of water
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch dandelion greens
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 handful Kales
- 1 bunch red seedless grapes
- 2 green apples
- 1 pear
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp green stevia
- 1 ginger
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

10. The SuperFood Glass.
- 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
- 1 cup Romanian lettuce
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup Mango chunks
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 1 cup Peaches
- 2 green apples
- 1 handful Kale
- 1 tbsp Moringa
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 bunch of dandelion greens
- 1 tbsp green stevia
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Extra tip:
Make sure to blend the base liquid, base veggies, dark leafy greens and detoxifiers together and then add the rest of the units so as to avoid a chunky smoothie.
